1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Please note that customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is defective or damaged. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

3. Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time frame, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times may vary. 6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@divinegoldd.com. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)
  • Earrings or any items that are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details of the issue and include any relevant photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund once we have reviewed the case.
