4. Custom and Personalized Items
- If you order a custom or personalized item, such as engraved jewelry, please be aware that these items are made specifically for you. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the details you provide when ordering personalized items, including spelling and engraving preferences. DivineGoldd is not responsible for any errors in personalization provided by the customer.
5. Cancellations
- Once an order has been placed and payment processed, we begin preparing your order immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations may only be possible within 24 hours of order placement, depending on the status of the order. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
- If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method used during checkout.

Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and the applicable local tax rate. Sales tax will be added to the total price of your order during checkout. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or exchange for the defective item.
