1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most jewelry items, subject to the following conditions:

  • Return Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Items: The item must be in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, have been resized, altered, or damaged.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, including personalized or custom-made jewelry (e.g., engraved pieces), are non-returnable unless defective. Please verify product details before purchasing these items.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) when returning an item.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us at info@divinegoldd.com or call 505-539-0267 to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Step 2: After receiving your RA number, carefully package the item in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging. Write the RA number on the outside of the package for easy identification.
  • Step 3: Ship the item back to us at the address provided with the RA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in processing your order.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the item is approved for a return:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Refund Timeframe: After your return is processed, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the item was defective. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund if the item is returned.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or exchange for the defective item, and we will cover the return shipping costs. You must provide photos of the damage or defect as evidence when contacting us.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the new item costs more than the original, you will be charged for the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.

6. Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. These items are sold “as-is” and cannot be returned unless defective.

7. International Returns

For international customers, you are responsible for the return shipping fees. Please note that customs duties or taxes may apply when returning items, and these fees are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item.
